I have had a delightful stay at this hotel. The location is superb, right in the heart of Madrid and close to many local attractions. The rooms are cozy with a nice view, and the service was exceptional, offering great assistance with housekeeping, laundry, and tour arrangements. However, the included dining could have been better, especially given the high rates in my opinion. Overall, it's a fantastic place with excellent value for money.
